Quality Manual is a public document. Anybody, interested in our work, can access it. Quality Manual describes our attitude to such important issues as the following:
- Goal and policy of the certification agency;
- Impartiality;
- Personnel selection, training and development;
- Internal audit and corrective actions;
- Confidentiality;
- Selection of sub-contractors and principles of working with them;
- Appellations, complaints and disputes.
