compliance. We have established a clear and systematic protocol for managing the following
concerns:
1. Complaints: Issues related to the compliance of Caucascert LLC standards, the conduct
of Caucascert staff, or the products of operators certified by Caucascert.
2. Appeals: Situations where clients disagree with a certification decision made by
Caucascert.
3. Allegations: Claims from third parties regarding non-compliance with applicable
standards, breach of Caucascert policies, or other contractual obligations by an operator
holding a certificate issued by Caucascert.
